Through lectures, workshops, worship and excursions in the Holy Land, Sabeel’s 6th International Conference will provide a unique opportunity to encounter the realities of Christians in Palestine and Israel.
History: Consider the 2000 year presence of Christians in the Holy Land
Present Realities: Critically examine the impact of the Israeli occupation on the political, social, economic, and religious conditions of Palestinian Christians
Personal Stories: Hear from Christians about their challenges and aspirations
Muslim-Christian Relations: Understand the relationships of Christians with their Muslim sisters and brothers
Israeli and International Solidarity: Discover the support of the Israeli peace movement and the international community in the struggle for a just peace
Partnership and Bridge Building: Develop practical tools and ideas to support and empower Christians in Palestine and Israel
Meet your Christian brothers and sisters, learn about their history and present struggle, champion their just cause and advocate for peace and reconciliation for all the people of the land.
